About the Role

Lead compliance frameworks and board governance processes across our institutional operations. This role requires deep understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate board meetings and maintain governance documentation
• Monitor regulatory compliance across all operations
• Develop and implement governance policies and frameworks
• Conduct internal audits and control assessments
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in corporate governance or compliance
• Professional qualifications (CA, CS, or equivalent)
• Experience with board-level governance processes
• Strong understanding of Indian corporate law and regulations
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
